Return Process

  Log into your Plumun account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Device

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, including all chargers, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
